My brother lives in The United States. He works there. For his carrier time by time is getting better, and he posses good position in one of the IT company there, then he plan to regularly transfer some money for our family. We live in China. This card holder is not obliged to be bank consumers. Other purposes of this card is able to pay bills, withdraw money from ATM and used for purchases electronically.
