This contribution is in memory of my brother who was shot
down in 1941 and spent some time in Stalag Luft III but was
not there at the time of the Great Escape.
After 38 missions with the RCAF Bomber Command I was shot
down and captured. I spent approximately 2 years in Stalag
III.

Calgary. As an exPoW myself at LuftIII this is an excellent
